Sunday 3rd December Emsworth Concert Band’s Christmas Concert  7.00pm at Warblington School - The 45-member band will perform music from the films and musicals during the first half with many Christmas favourites in the second half. As always, it will be a sell-out concert so it's advisable to buy tickets in advance - either from Bookends bookshop in Emsworth or online via Eventbrite. Saturday 9th December  Portsmouth Baroque Choir Christmas Concert 7:00 pm  at Havant and Emsworth United Reformed Church, Havant. Christmas Concert of seasonal music with mulled wine and mince pies   The renowned Portsmouth Baroque Choir directed by Malcolm Keeler presents a festive programme including familiar favourites and a refreshing selection of carols composed during our own lifetime. The first half of the concert includes advent settings by William Byrd and Thomas Weelkes to mark the 400th anniversaries of their deaths. Weelkes was a local, born in Elsted, organist and choir master at Chichester Cathedral.

Merrily The Solent Male Voice Choir 7.30pm at St Faith's Church, West Street, Havant Our own Christmas concert.  A mixture of seasonal songs and carols, with audience participation.
