The Skate Park was official opened on Saturaday July 15th by the Mayor of
Havant. The new £90,000 facility, has been funded by the council's £3.7M
Liveability project and by the Government Office South East, were put
together following extensive discussions with a group of young people who
will be using the skateboard park. Designs for the scheme, which is located
in Jubilee Park, include a 1.5M high quarter pipe, a 1.5M high half pipe, a
4.8M wide jump box, a fun box with a grind block and pyramid box, a flat
bank and a manual box.
