Hollybank is a lovely Grade II listed country house in a 10-acre garden on
the northern edge of Emsworth with views to Chichester Harbour.
It is the home of the Williams family who enjoy sailing and tennis (both
Real and lawn) and Anna in particular is a keen gardener.
Breakfast is served in the elegant dining room and guests are welcome to
relax in the large drawing room and enjoy the garden, tennis court and
croquet.
Emsworth is an attractive old fishing centre with many restaurants and pubs,
