Experienced Full Time Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate Secretary/PA/Junior Executive required.

Due to an increase in workload, I am looking for someone who can be all of the following:-

An audio typist who can get through a large volume of dictation quickly and accurately

An Assistant who can manage Will files from typing the dictated draft to engrossing the Will and closing the file

An Executive who can run their own Power of Attorney files, from preparing the documents to registration

A Client Manager who can assist clients with their queries on Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters

There is a high volume of work so the successful applicant will need to be able to work under pressure but still provide a high quality service with a smile.  Ability to maintain orderly files and prioritise essential.
